A structured energy audit measures how your home, building or facility actually consumes energy, identifies where it is wasted, and returns a prioritised, costed action plan — from no-cost operational fixes to efficiency retrofits and on-site generation — with every measure ranked by its return. You get a decision document, not a sales brochure.

Most organisations know what they pay for energy and almost nothing about what they buy it for. That gap is where the money goes. An audit closes it with measurement: we log your incoming supply and your major loads at interval resolution, then reconstruct a true picture of consumption across days, shifts and seasons. The findings are frequently uncomfortable and always useful — compressors idling through the night, a chiller short-cycling against a badly placed thermostat, a tariff structure quietly punishing a peak nobody knew existed. From that baseline we build a costed roadmap in tiers: the operational corrections that cost nothing but attention, the retrofits that pay back inside a year or two, and the capital projects — solar, storage, heat recovery — that deserve real analysis before commitment. Crucially, the audit is vendor-neutral. If the answer is that you do not need generation yet, and should fix your controls and your tariff first, we will say so and show the numbers.
