UPS & Backup Systems
Seamless power that protects critical operations from every interruption.
Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems deliver instant, clean backup power the moment the grid fails, protecting servers, medical equipment, payment systems and production lines from downtime, data loss and damaging voltage disturbances.
01 — Overview
The seconds that cost you the most
- Topology matched to your critical loads
- Sized in kVA to the runtime you need
- N+1 redundancy where it matters
- Conditioning corrects sags, surges, harmonics

02 — Applications
Where this technology is applied
The settings we most commonly deploy this system in, and the duty it performs in each.
Data centres & server rooms
Online double-conversion units carry racks and network gear through the transfer to generator supply.
Medical & diagnostic equipment
Protects imaging, laboratory analysers and theatre equipment from interruption and voltage disturbance.
Industrial process control
Holds PLCs, drives and instrumentation stable so a dip does not abort a production batch.
Banking & payment systems
Keeps terminals, ATMs and branch networks transacting through interruptions that would void a sale.
Telecom & network edge
Sustains switching, transmission and access equipment where availability targets are contractual.
Power quality conditioning
Corrects sags, surges and harmonics continuously, extending the service life of sensitive electronics.
03 — Outcomes
Downtime stops being your exposure
- No data loss, no aborted production batch
- Seamless bridge until the generator starts
- Sensitive electronics last measurably longer
- Paired with solar, it earns its keep daily
For a growing set of operations, an interruption is not an inconvenience but a direct loss — corrupted data, halted production, spoiled cold-chain stock, failed transactions or interrupted patient care. A UPS removes that exposure by bridging the gap between grid failure and either grid return or generator start, instantly and without a flicker. Online systems do more, continuously regenerating clean, stable power so sensitive electronics are shielded from the sags, surges and harmonics that quietly shorten their life. The business case is measured against the cost of downtime, which for servers, medical devices, industrial controls and payment infrastructure is almost always far higher than the protection itself. Paired with a generator, a UPS delivers true continuity — instant coverage for the critical seconds a generator needs to start, then a seamless handover. Increasingly, we integrate UPS with solar and storage so the same battery that provides backup also cuts daily energy cost, turning a pure insurance expense into an asset that earns its keep every day it is not needed for an outage.
Best suited to
- Data centres, offices and IT infrastructure
- Healthcare, manufacturing and process control
- Retail, banking and payment systems needing zero downtime

05 — Delivery
The installation process
Every installation follows the same engineered sequence, from first survey to commissioning and handover.
We audit your critical loads and tolerance for interruption to select the right topology — line-interactive for general loads, online double-conversion for sensitive equipment.
The UPS is sized in kVA to your protected load with the runtime you need, from ride-through until a generator starts to extended autonomy on battery.
Modern lithium or VRLA battery banks are matched to the duty, with modular options that scale capacity and add redundancy (N+1) for critical sites.
We integrate the UPS with grid, generator and, where present, solar, coordinating changeover so protected loads never see an interruption.
Power conditioning corrects sags, surges and harmonics — often as valuable as the backup itself for equipment longevity and uptime.
Remote monitoring, automatic self-test and a maintenance schedule keep the system ready and flag battery ageing before it becomes a failure.
